A Taste of Taiwan: Bubble Tea at Falmer Bar
Craving something new? Discover the joy of bubble tea, now available at our the counter in the back room of Falmer Bar, operated by Pearls Bubble Tea.
Born in Taiwan in the 1980s, bubble tea has become a global sensation. It's a fun and delicious drink with a base of either green or black tea, which is then vigorously shaken with creamy milk extracts or fruity flavorings. The real magic, however, lies in the "bubbles" - chewy, black tapioca pearls or fruity jellies that you slurp up through a big, fat straw.
Whether you're looking for a refreshing pick-me-up or a new treat to try, our bubble tea is a drink and a snack all in one! Come find us and see what the hype is about.

Opening Times
Our opening times can change frequently to accommodate a number of different factors. We have different hours during term time and non-term time, and our schedule is also often adjusted to coincide with Brighton & Hove Albion FC games.
